The makers of director Sujeeth's eagerly awaited action extravaganza, 'They Call Him OG', featuring actor Pawan Kalyan in the lead, on Thursday thrilled fans and film buffs by revealing actor Prakash Raj's character look and name in the film.

Taking to its social media timelines, DVV Entertainment, the production house producing the film, wrote, "Here’s the versatile force Prakash Raj in #OG. #TheyCallHimOG @prakashraaj."

The makers released a poster of Prakash Raj's character which disclosed that he played a character called Satya Dada in the film.

Deepika Padukone exits ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ sequel, makers cite film ‘deserves commitment’

The makers of “Kalki 2898 AD” on Thursday officially announced that actress Deepika Padukone will not be a part of the upcoming sequel as the epic mythological science-fiction deserves “commitment and much more.”

Vyjayanthi Movies, the production company of the film, took to X, formerly called Twitter, to make the announcement.

“And a film like @Kalki2898AD deserves that commitment and much more. This is to officially announce that @deepikapadukone will not be a part of the upcoming sequel of #Kalki2898AD,” the tweet read.

Since the Galwan stand-off happened in 2020-2021, the character has been dressed accordingly. PC DPM was replaced by the New Battle Dress Uniform (NBDU) of the INCAM (Indian National Camouflage).

“We sit on the hot seat and meet and confront the contestants that have ambitious hopes of winning during the week of their stay on the floor .. and when they cannot make it , it's the hardest to control the frustration of defeat and lost opportunity for them, yes. (sic.)”

He feels that while he tries to console them, the loss of a life-changing opportunity is heartbreaking.
