Chandigarh, 19 September ll After a long break due to Covid-19, the time has come in Panjab University, Chandigarh to conduct STUDENT COUNCIL ELECTIONS. The students are very excited to choose their representatives in the University.
All the student organisations have started the preparation for the elections. Regarding the same, Student organisation SFI (STUDENTS FEDERATION OF INDIA) has started their campaigning with full enthusiasm, said their representative.
Also in a conversation with Shubham Jain, Secretary SFI Panjab University, Chandigarh unit, said that their organisation will fight on the real issues of the students of the university, unlike the other organisations which are just running on their parent organisation's orders. Further he added that the core issues of Food prices in mess and stu-c and other issues will be raised surely. Concluding he said that he will be contesting for Department representative from UBS department to raise the voice of students and said that SFI Punjab unit is currently having their discussions on a regular basis and soon the full list of candidates contesting will be released by the UNIT.
