Prayagraj, July 1 || Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad (IIIT-A) has achieved a milestone among the top ten best technical institutes in the country. The leading magazine, India Today in its latest release of ranks of country top engineering colleges, IIIT-A has been ranked 10th position in the overall category.
The top ten colleges include IIT- Delhi-1st rank, IIT-Mumbai-2nd, IIT-Kharagpur-3rd, IIT - Kanpur- 4th, IIT-Roorkee-5th, IIT-Guwahati -6th, IIT, BIIT-Pilani -7th, NIT- Tiruchirapalli-8th, Delhi Technological University-9th and IIIT-A -10th rank. Prof P Nagabhushan, Director, IIIT-A in a message to all congratulated every section of the institute for scaling new height in the country.
He said that we shall continue to put our best efforts and best step forward. "IIIT-Allahabad aims to evolve an integrated ambience of creative learning, researching for novelties, contributing to the growth of knowledge, mapping the knowledge into innovations, innovations in terms of innovative products, services and also in terms of re-engineering the education process itself, devising the newer tools and sophisticating the skills at a higher level."
